£1 Nail Polish Blog Sale

Hi Beauties

I’ve finally gotten around to it, my nail polish sale, yes I know it’s like two weeks late but I’ve been super busy, working two jobs is a lot harder and more time consuming than I thought it was going to be.

Some of the bottles In the pics below may not be completely true to colour but if you have any questions just ask, all polish will be sold on a £1 per bottle basis and postage will be £2 for the UK and slightly more for international buyers, the price of postage will remain the same regardless of the amount of polish you buy 😊.

Today’s Mani: Red Rose

Hi Beauties

So I haven’t been around much but work has been manic, but I finally have a very well deserved day off, so I thought I’d paint my nails again after over a fortnight of chipped ‘Cayenne’ by Rimmel, lovely colour but a bit tired of it now.

Today’s mani Is ‘Red Rose’ from one of my all time favourite make up brands MUA. ‘Red Rose’ is a lovely summery orange based red shade. It’s super cheap and is opaque in just one coat.

Again excuse my poorly painted nails, I’m out of Q-tips for my clean up, it’s a lovely colour both in the bottle and on the nails, it’s slight lighter on the nails but still a beautiful rose red shade.

I’m hoping to post on Thursday night, when I finish work early but if I were you I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Today’s mani

Hi Beauties

Sorry I haven’t been around again, ive been in and out of hospital 😦 and yes I have yet another cold, all I want is to stay well for more than a week.

My mani today Is called ‘Seashell’ it’s a stunning Metallic shade from a cheaper and lesser known brand called Technic.

I got mine from a shop called ‘Body Care’ last year but never wore it as I often think cheaper polished are streaky and take time to dry, however with Technic I couldn’t be more wrong.

‘Seashell’ is opaque in one coat (I always use two for good measure), it drys super super quickly, faster than Sally Hansen’s ‘InstaDry’ formula.

I love it I’ll defiantly be hauling a lot more of these in the future.

I Want Essence

Hi Beauties

I hope you are all doing well, right now I’m so so bored so I’m posting to keep myself entertained.

I’m considering buying essence nail polish, I’ve read some reviews and watched some YouTube videos and they seem great, very pigmented and cheap, so here are the polishes from essence I want in my collection.

The first is ‘Precious Peacock’ which is a very beautiful emerald green colour, I defiantly want this colour for autumn.

IMG_3034.JPG

The second ‘essence’ polish I want is called ‘Columbus Circle Crimson’ it’s not as red or as dark as the name suggests, to me it is less crimson and more pillar box red.

IMG_3035.JPG

‘East Village’ is another lovely colour it is more blue toned than ‘Precious Peacock’ but it is still a deep rich colour, I think this polish would be more suited for spring or summer.

IMG_3036.JPG

‘Grernwich Village’ is a polish that you might expect to be well, green. Instead it’s a stunning summery hot pink colour, a definite polish want for spring of 2015.

IMG_3037.JPG

The fifth polish I want in my collection is called ‘Park Ave’ which for me is a stunning tree trunk brown shade that screams autumn, it’s also a very neutral colour so would be perfect for the office.

IMG_3038.JPG

‘Minted On Broadway’ is a very bright very summery mint blue shade, but at the same time it can also give a mani that icy winter look.

IMG_3039.JPG

Finally ‘Side walkers’ is a classic wintery grey shade, it’s a beautiful yet neutral shade which gives an effortless finish to any outfit.

August Polish Picks: MUA

Hi Beauties,

This is just a quick post before I start work, in this addition of my august polish picks I’ll be writing about MUA’s £1 nail polish range. I own all of them and I love them to bits I just wish I could wear nail polish for work.

The first MUA polish I picked is ‘Rose Red’ it’s a beautiful true red colour which would look beautiful in any season, it does make me look a little washed out but I still love it.

IMG_2703.JPG

‘Leapfrog’ is a stunning blue green polish, it looks so nice on my nails because it has that perfect blue green balance, plus it has a super cute name I’m a fan of frogs as well as cows 🙂

IMG_2704.JPG

In my opinion ‘Bullet’ is an autumn into winter shade, I bought it in June but I’ve still yet to wear it because to me it just isn’t a summer colour, it’s still a very pretty shade which I can’t wait to wear,

IMG_2705.JPG

‘Strawberry Crush’ is a very pretty vintage pink, it kinda reminds me of Rimmel’s ‘English Rose’ which is one of my all time favourite pinks, MUA’s ‘Strawberry Crush’ is a beautiful shade and for £1 I really can’t complain.

IMG_2706.JPG

‘Plum noir’ is a stunning deep purple shade which is perfect for autumn, although I did wear it back in May and loved it.

IMG_2707.JPG

‘Pistachio Ice Cream’ is another solely summer shade it’s a stunning mint green colour which I’ll defiantly be reaching for in 2015.

IMG_2708.JPG

‘Mud Pie’ is a very neutral shade but it is in no way bland. ‘Mud Pie’ is the perfect shade for the ultimate understated autumn mani.

IMG_2709.JPG

Out of all of MUA’s nail polish shades ‘Bold Blue’ is the one I like the least, don’t get me wrong it’s a very pretty bright summery shade I’m just not really a blue nail polish person, I bought it because I felt like I needed at least one bright sky blue in my collection.

IMG_2710.JPG

The ninth polish is ‘Amerotto Crush’ it’s a very pretty orangey pink shade which again is one I’ll be reaching for more next year as this shade looks stunning with a tan.

IMG_2711.JPG

Finally ‘Frozen Yogurt’ is a very pretty purple shade, it’s not dark enough to be classed as a true purple or light enough to be lilac. I think that’s one of the resin I love this shade so much, and it can be worn in summer or winter, it’s simply beautiful.

So there you go beautiful those were my MUA august polish picks? What are your fave shades from MUA?

Ebay and Amazon are also great places to look for discount nail polish and nail art supplies. But you need to do your research as there are a lot of fakes of O.P.I and Essie.

I’ve also just become an AVON rep,  they have nail art supplies, tools, polishes, creams, lotions, show me some love and check out my personal brochure: http://www.avon.uk.com/PRSuite/custonlineOrderEBrochure.page?acNo=MTc5NzgzNTE=&source=RFlNQ1VSTA==&custRepOrdr=1
